Driving Directions: Take I-10 to exit 161, Loop 202, Proceed on 202 and take exit 30, US 60 east. Take exit 196 off Hwy 60 and go north on Idaho Road for 4.5 mi. Turn right onto McKellips Road. Turn left on Wolverine Pass Road and go north to Tonto Road and turn right. Proceed .2 mile to Cactus Road and turn left. Go north until you reach McDowell Blvd and follow it until it ends in .2 miles. Park at the trailhead, where there is room for about twenty vehicles.
